History
I don't remember how exactly I came up with the idea of creating my
own website... I
think it was when I saw that my friend Ida was owning a
beautiful site!
Anyway, I started with
Piczo and used default menus and stuff like that. Yawk! It
was all
black with a bright
green font! There were pictures of what I liked, music
top 5, etc. After, I decided to code the site by myself. Hahaha, I tried to
create white and blue
"frames", but it turned out a bit
ugly. One day,
I went on
Celestial Star, and found wonderful layouts available for visitors! Obviously, it
wasn't for Piczo sites, but I understood html a bit at that time, so I tried to
convert the code for Piczo. Believe it or not, it worked! So, my site was
looking way more
professional than before! I put
visitor content, graphics (very basic ones), html codes,
etc. My cousin Stefany lend me her
Photoshop software and I tried it. Oh my god! At
first, there were so many options and tools! I didn't know where to start! After following
a couple of tutorials, I learned how it worked. I made a couple of basic graphics, blends,
etc... My first ones were so-so, but the next ones were great! After using graphics
from Celestial Star, I decided that it was time for me to make my
own layouts! I followed
another tutorial on Celestial Star and took pictures from Aethereality and Celestial Star
galleries.
Manga layouts, yeah! Then, the
biggest mistake of my Internet life: I decided
to put a request page. It was absolutely
time consuming! People requested music, html
codes, blends, etc. Oh music codes... another problem. I took some from a site.
One day, they shut down! Omg... I needed to start everything
again! That happened for
a second time a couple of weeks later. I was so angry! I decided to stop
requests and
music codes. A couple of months after, I thought that it was time for something more
professional. So, after www.blueangelfish.piczo.com, it was www.freewebs.com/dynamite-designs.
Both are still there. On
Dynamite-Designs, I made my own layouts with celebrities pictures.
That didn't respect copyrights (celebrities pictures). I didn't have a lot of time to
update and I lost a lot of visitors. One day, Ida asked me if I wanted a
subdomain.
Oh my god, I was so happy! I chose the name dynamite.havenoname.com. Sweet and simple! Here I
am now! You can see that I've improved a lot!
